Return Shipping

This can be used if you want to return a product.
The type of shipping service will be DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS*.

Pick up by DHL EXPRESS is included if you're located in their service area. (You need to call DHL to book the pick up). Otherwise, you need to drop off your shipment at a DHL Service Point. 

Return shipping: $30

1. Purchase the return.(feel free to order your replacement product in the meantime)

2. Email the following to support@lazyrolling.com:
- Your order number and the items you'd like to return 

We will email a return label to you. Your shipping will be traceable, insured, and it will also NOT be taxed with toll back to Sweden. 

3. Leave a note inside your package with the same information.
- If you are returning a product which included pads please return the pads along with the product.

4. It takes a few days for the warehouse to process the return.When the return is processed they will notify us and then we will process your refund back to your payment method.

*If you're in a location where DHL EXPRESS is not operative, it must be shipped with traceable standard postal service.

**This product is not available in Sweden, return must be made with PostNord.
